Ayodeji graduated from University of Ibadan, the pioneer institution in Nigeria, with a degree in Agronomy. He began his career with Eco bank Nigeria PLC in 1996.
He has acquired over 25 years’ experience in Banking serving in different capacities such as; Banking Operations, Business development, Customer Relationship Management, Retail, SME and Consumer product development etc.
He has worked in different banks such as; Ecobank Nigeria Plc (1996 -2001), NBC International Bank limited (2003-2005) and First Bank of Nigeria Plc. (2006 -2007).
Over the past ten years, he served as the Managing Director of Addosser Microfinance Bank Limited.

Adaeze is currently a Senior Financial Advisor with Green Advisors Limited, Lagos. She holds a B.Sc. in Applied Business Management from Imperial College London, where she graduated at the top of her class. She also holds an MSc in International Management from King’s College London.
Adaeze has over a decade of experience in global finance and investment services. She started her career at Willis Towers Watson (legacy Watson Wyatt), UK, as an Investment Analyst for defined contribution pension schemes. She has also worked at Cordros Capital and Asset Management, Nigeria, as a Fixed Income Specialist and product Manager respectively. She also worked as Vice-President at Convergent Advisors, Nigeria, in the investment management and advisory.

Ayodeji Adare is a Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and has over 25 years’ experience in Banking Operations, Treasury Management, Internal Control and Information Technology implementation.
He began his career in 1996, working in the University of Lagos and has since moved on to serve in different capacities in various organizations.
He served as the Head, Internal Audit of Addosser Microfinance Bank from 2008 to 2009 and is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Addosser Microfinance Bank, a position he has held for the past 9 years.

Dare Ogunbona is the Chief Executive Officer at Prime Grade Consult Limited that specializes in Business and Financial Management, Research & Development and Investment Management. He holds a BSc in Science Psychology from Obafemi Awolowo University.
He is also a Fellow of the Investment Advisory Portfolio Manager of Nigeria (IAPM) and also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Insurance of Nigeria (CIIN).
He has held various positions in the past such as: Executive Director, Kord Capital Limited (2011 – 2016), Senior Analyst, Lotus Capital Limited (2010 – 2011), Senior Analyst, Anchor Insurance Company Limited (2009 – 2010) and Assistant Insurance Officer, Oasis Insurance Ltd (2008 -2009). He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Prime Grade Consult Limited.
Over the years, Dare has acquired relevant skills and experience in Risk Management, Process Optimization, Marketing Strategy & Planning, Insurance and Advanced knowledge in Structuring of Islamic Finance Product.

Oche Edache is the General Manager of Addosser Insurance Broker Limited where he oversees business operations to achieve the company’s goal.
Prior to Joining Addosser Insurance Broker Limited, he worked with Mansard Insurance Plc and AXA Mansard Insurance Plc as a Senior Sales Manager. In 2006, he started his career with the erstwhile Intercontinental Bank as a relationship officer where he was responsible for active marketing of all consumer banking product/services, Deposit mobilization, Relationship management and creation of viable risk assets to drive business income. He went further to join MIC Microfinance Bank Limited as a Relationship Manager.
Oche holds an MBA and M.Sc. in Economics both from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and a member of Institute of Chartered Economics of Nigeria. Oche’s professional career spans over 13 years’ in Underwriting, Claims Management and Sales.

Adebowale Ajayi is the Business Development Manager at Addosser Insurance Broker Limited with over 6 years’ experience in Insurance brokerage underwriting, claims management and client services.
He started his career in 2015 with Colenson Brokers Nigeria Limited where he acquired experiences in different aspects of insurance broking operations. He also introduced and created an automated credit note for insurance brokerage transactions for the firm.
Adebowale is also the founder and content writer at Insurance Discourse, a blog created to discuss insurance in simple terms, what it covers and their importance.
He has a Higher National Diploma in Insurance and is also a Student Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, a member of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance.
